Cancellation Policy
H Salon & Skin Spa requests a 24 hour notice for cancellations and or changes to your reservation. We do collect up to a 50% Deposit at the time of booking any of our services online, as well as some services booked via phone, this is automatically refunded to your card within the 24 hour cancellation period, and other special circumstances.
No Show appointments will be charged 50% of the service value, on the day of your scheduled appointment.
We value your time and keep your reservation just for you. As a courtesy to our service providers, kindly allow 24 hours notice for changes and cancellations so we have time to fill the space in their schedules. We offer Walk- in and Call-in same day reservations, if you find appointments difficult to keep. We appreciate and value your business!
